Pick a date on the calendar below. A "+" means be the first to book it — a colored slot means others are already going, so you'll see their headcount and today's price. Starting a brand-new date needs at least 72 hours' notice, so we can arrange the vehicle in time — joining an already-scheduled date stays open much closer to departure.

Say if it's just you or a group — price updates live as you adjust party size, and combines with anyone already on that date.

Pay a US$50 deposit per traveler to hold your seat. The remaining balance is billed automatically closer to departure.

Watch the price keep dropping as others join — if it falls after you've already paid, you're refunded the difference automatically.

Pick-up & meals: pick-up times and locations vary by traveler and will be communicated before departure — please be understanding, as we coordinate the best possible arrangement when travelers are staying at different accommodations. A meal menu is shared before departure for your selection.
On gratuities: tipping your guide, driver, and any other staff is optional but customary in Rwanda — entirely at your discretion based on your experience.
Payment & cancellation: joining a departure requires a US$50 deposit per traveler, charged immediately. Cancelling is free up to 48 hours before departure; within 48 hours, cancellation isn't possible — you can transfer your seat to someone else instead (contact us on WhatsApp to arrange this). Your remaining balance is billed automatically 48 hours before departure, based on the group's final size. If it's still unpaid, you'll receive a series of reminders as departure gets closer — and by 24 hours before departure, Ikaze will make a final decision on any unpaid seats, which may mean losing your seat without boarding. Please settle your balance promptly to avoid this.
